Ken's situation 僕の状況

水曜日の夜、ついに鳥栖の両親の元に帰ってきました。
ドゥロス号に行くと関空から日本を経って、この旅が完全に終わるのに３年強が経ちました。
神様はこの３年間に本当に多くの経験と出会いを与えてくださったと思います。
特に船でたくさん友だちが与えられました。
僕の人生が豊かにされたと思います。
僕には夢があって、その中の何人かの友だちを将来、僕の教会に招待できたらなって思っています。
そして一緒に働けたら素敵だなと夢見ています。
また海外で第一線で働く友達たちを日本から支えたいと思っています。
またこれから人をどんどん外に送り出す応援をしていきたいと思います。

僕は今年いっぱいは、両親の教会を手伝うつもりです。
クリスマスですから、教会にとっては多くの人を教会にお招きする一番のチャンスです。

また希望としては、来年の９月からカウンセリングスクールに行きたいと願っています。
だから英語の試験をまず突破しなければなりません。
だからＴＯＥＦＬの試験勉強も合わせてしていきます。

昨日読んだ本があります。
安藤和子 先生の『ダーゥイン・メガネをはずしてみたら』(いのちのことば社)です。
ばりばりの研究者・科学者であった著者が、生物学を通して命の本質に迫りたかったのに、
その生命の本質・意味・目的が理解できなかった。
そこでキリスト教に出会ったときに、目からウロコの落ちる経験をしました。
進化論絶対の中に住んでいる日本人に衝撃の書です。
聖書の真理が、最先端科学の何百年・年千年 先を行っていると著者はいいます。
世界的科学者の興味深い話しや、ＤＮＡ、進化論の内容に、
日本人の見えていない世界を語ります。
『ダーゥイン・メガネをはずしてみたら』

Day 18

Depature day

The team left Nagoya 8 am for going to Nagano which is 3 hours way by high way.
It was the farewell time for Ken to say 'Good bye' to the team after we had been working together for last 3 weeks. I felt so sad and miss them.
We became good friend and got to know each other very well through listening almost same testimonies and moving as a team ...even their personality.
It was really fruitfull time that we saw many hearts were touched, God gave people new idea or vision for their future.
I was glad especialy small elementry girl shared with me that 'my dream is joining Doulos when I get old'.
God used us in variouse way and blessed us for giving us new friends in each places.
Like 5 breads and 2 fishes story, although we have so little, but when we offer our staff to God, He will use that so mighty way.

With Today, Ken I finished the journey with Doulos and my time on board was so decolated by His coulerful grace.
I stoped at the park today after the team left, and I took sometime for prayer to thank God. I was so greatful to God how much He blessed me in this past three years.

Please pray:...
1. for the team to be strengthen spiritualy and physicaly to go mission more in many places.
2. for Makoto who is driver to be given protection and safety.
3. that God would keep touching people's heart and transforming their lifes.

Day 17

今日はトラベリングチームは春日 井福音教会に出席しました。
朝は子ども学校で、また大人の礼拝で奉仕しました。
ハナとアイファは証しをし(まことが通訳)、けんはメッセージをしました。
今日はケンにとって特別な日となりました。
明日からチームは長野県に行きますが、けんはココでチームを抜けます。
今まで一緒に毎日働いてきたので、お互いにとってとても寂しいです。
またケンにとって、ドぅロスのために働くのも今日をもって最後となります。
明日から船のことから離れて生活していくのです。
まことが長距離一人でドライブします。安全のためにどうぞお祈りをお願いします。

It was last day for Ken to work with Doulos Travelling Team, but it was more than that, was last day work for Doulos......but he enjoyed this day so much.
We attended Makoto's dad church 'Kasugai Evanelical church' where our accomodation is and nearby Nagoya.
Hannah and Aihua shared thier testimonies with kids in Sunday school.
Ken preached at Sunday Service with two kind of dramas.
Aihua and Hannah also shared their testimonies with adults.
In the afternoon, we attended Portugal Worship Service, of course, everything was held in Portuguese by simultaneous interpreting.
It was first time for most of us to attend Portugal Service even though we went through many countries.
Ken was so excited to join them, beside as a preacher.
We have one prayer request, please pray for Makoto as he will drive the car for long distance tomorrow early morning to go Nagano. He is the only one driver and has been tired, so please pray for safe journey and protection and recovery from tiredness.

Day 16

今日、土曜日はデイオフだったので、チームで名古屋港にあるイタリア村に行ってきました。ハナの苗字は密かにイタリアの名前でその血筋を持っています。だからちょっとイタリア語が話せます。
おいしいチーズを買って帰ってきました。イタリアという国は本当におしゃれです。

24.Nov (Sat)
We had day off today! We spent time with team and went to 'Itarian village' in Nagoya port as Makoto has so much passion for Itary.

Hannah's family name 'Quadrio' is something to do with Itary, actually seems her ancestor came from Itary so that she was speaking some Itarian language.. We bought nice Itarian cheese, uhm....yum!
There were 'Statue of David' and 'river of Venice' so on.....and nice Itarian clothes.
Ken thought seeing this scene...
Itary is really artistic country, France is gorgeous, Switerland knows more about joy of nature.
Although there are loceted so closely, but there are very different.
Our organaization often says, it's not wrong, it's different!
We want to enjoy the difference God created.

Day 15

We had relaxed morning, but there was big event in the evening, which is 'World Mission Prayer Night' at Nagoya church, just nearby Nagoya Station.
It was the gethering of Inter Para denomination organized by Mr. Takashi Kondo-san & music band 'Simple sheep' and around 200 people attended our meeting in spite of National holiday.
Doulos team, we did our best and used 'Mission bag' to tell them what the world is like at this moment. Then we moved on to Prayer time with 4 areas which is unreached the world.
Hannah shared about Isram world and what she experienced on board.
Makoto shared about Buddism,
Ken shared about Hindu,
Aihua shared about, Han Chinese and Tribes.
We all prayed with different style, with small group, same clothes, 2 by 2, Korean style.
Ken and Makoto showed them a drama 'Why didn't you tell me?'.
The floor was so hard that Ken couldn't fall down from the chair.
Then Makoto chellenged people with short message.

Afterword we had good conversation that many were given interest in Mission and Doulos.
We were also glad meeting OM friends, amazingly there were Douloi, X-Douloi, X-Logos, Logos II and Logos Hope member there.
The fellowship countinued until next morning.

Day 14

We attended Lady's meeting at Kasugai Evangelical Church (Makoto's dad church)in the morning.
Ken's shared his testimonyby using 'broken heart' illustration, Aihua's testimony about she comes from non Christian family encouraged ladies, Hannah played Fluit.
In the evening, we also attended Prayer Meeting at Inochinoki Christ Church.

Day 13

今日僕たちは、朝早くＫＩＵを出て、京都観光に行きました。紅葉がとてもきれいで、楽しい時間を持ちました。ケンは京都に重荷を持っているので、ここに来ると特別な思いがします。

午後３時ごろに名古屋に着き、神学校のクラスでドゥロスのプレゼンテーションを２時間しました。

また夜には、名古屋 教会に行き、今週の金曜日にある大きなイベントのために打ち合わせをしました。

今週金曜日、大韓 名古屋教会にて、ドゥロスの大きなイベントがあります。７時半からです。

僕たちのチームの持っている全力を出し切りたいと思っています。

世界に対して目が開かれるよい時となるでしょう。

名古屋のみなさん、ぜひ金曜日、万障お繰り合わせの上 この会に出席してくださいね。

We woke up early morning and went to Kyoto city for sightseeing.

Kyoto is the old capital before Tokyo and very tourist place even Japanese people go there in order to sense of Japanese so Kyoto is the heart of Japan. The leaves are turned to red so that the view was beautiful.

We arrived Nagoya around 3 pm and did presentation at the Bible college in Nagoya city.

Then we had a meeting for this coming Fryday as we are planing to have big event at Nagoya church. We will stay at Makoto's dad church until next Tuesday morning.

Day 12

今日は京都での最終日でした。大変祝された滞在でした。
朝、生駒でにLady's English meetingに出席しました。
昼は、牧師会のみなさんと食事をしました。
夜は、京都でミッションナイトを開き、パネルディスカッションをして、ミッションについて、またクリスチャンの成長に関して話しました。
続きは、また書きます・・・

Day 11

Monday...like normaly it is day off on board.
We had day off. We spend relaxed day in each place.

Girls spent whole morning at Chris and Nancy's house and ate Okonomiyaki and went shopping with Maki in the afternoon.

Ken went to Kyoto station for meeting one of his sister couple.

Makoto met his friend in Nagoya.

In the evening, we had hot pod party at Mark & Maki's house with the team and Tray.

Day 10

日曜日、今日はとても忙しい日でしたがとても恵まれた日でした。ケンは朝・京都で、午後は生駒チャペルでメッセージをしました。京都ではしげるが「椅子のドラマ」を、生駒ではチームと2人のチャペルのメンバーが「人生ドラマ」を手伝ってくれました。
アイファとハナは、朝・生駒チャペルで40分与えられたので証しをしました。夜はクロスロードナイトというＫＩＵであったユースのミーティングに参加しました。たくさんのユースがいました。同じようにケンが21人でミッションバッグをやり、ハナからのチャレンジとアイファのマイムをしました。
ハナは言いました。「今日は多くの人がドゥロスに行きたいと言ってくれたわ。」
夜、アイファとハナはモモセファミリー宅にホームステイに行きました。
けんは、マーク・マキちゃんの家に泊まりました。

18. Nov, Sun

It was super busy day but blessed day so much.Aihua and Hannah were given 40min for their testimonies in Ikoma chapel in the morning, actually they were main messenger at service. Ken preached at Kyoto chapel and Shigg helped ‘Sticky chair drama’ with Ken.In the afternoon, Ken also preached at Christian Worship Service at Ikoma chapel and Hannah and Aihua and 2 church member helped ‘Eat Work Sleep’drama.In the evening, the team moved to KIU and was given the time for sharing Doulos presentation for youth worship meeting. We showed them the situation of the world by Mission bag, and the panel even though Shigg asked Ken such a personal question. Hannah challenged them by message and Aihua’s mime ‘Who am I’.Hannah said ’It was recruiting day, many came to us that they have interest in joining Doulos!’.The girls stayed at Chris and Nancy Momose’s house, they are also missionaries who have been serving in Japan more than 20 years from State.Praise the Lord that God has been using us to tell about Him!

Day 9

今日土曜日は、夜のプログラムだけだったのでリラックスして過ごすことが出来ました。ハナはまだお好み焼きを食べたことがないので、しげるが僕たちにご馳走してくれました。彼は英語がよく出来る素敵なクリスチャンなので、一緒にいてみんな楽しいです。夜は、生駒チャペルでミッションナイトを持ちました。世界60億人を、実際会場の人にボランティアになってもらって11人で表します。それから世界の宗教の状況を一人ずつに変装してもらって紹介します。その後、ミッショナリーを10人会場からまた呼んで、世界に配置します。その時、偏った世界の状況が見えるという21人でする大掛かりなミッションバッグというプレゼンテーションをしました。その後、３つの祈りのテーブル(船のミニストリー、カンボジア、マレーシア)を用意して、会場を３つにわけ、それぞれのテーブルをまわって状況を聞き、祈るという時を持ちました。その後、ハナがチャレンジのメッセージをし、アイファが‘Hope of the nation’ というマイムをしました。17. Nov, Sat
The boys slept a lot in this morning. Girls had card board game at their accommodation. Shigg took us to Okonomi-yaki restaurant which was Hannah’s request. We enjoyed this Japanese pizza cake with a lot of veggie and pork.
Then team went to down to Ikoma chapel to have ‘Mission Night’. Ken led ‘Mission bag’, then we had ‘prayer time’ and set up 3 stations which is, Doulos table, Malaysian, Cambodia table. People travelled all three station every 15min and heard their story and prayer request and prayed together. Hannah gave them short message and ‘Hope of the nation’ mime by Aihua.
Ken & Makoto stayed at Mark & Maki’s house.

Day 8

今日、僕たちはＫＩＵアカデミーを訪ねました。まこととケンはチームになって、３つのクラスとホームルームを持ちました。アイファとハナは別々に行動し、それぞれ５つのクラスを担当しました。僕たちはドゥロスのことや世界の国の様子を話しました。聞く生徒たちの目は輝いて、興味津々でした。将来、この中から必ずドゥロスに乗りたい子が出てくると思います。
夜は、校長先生のローラーファミリーがチームをディナーに招待してくれました。4人の子どもたちも一緒にいて、みんなで神様からの召命の話しや結婚の話しをして楽しい時を過ごしました。アイファとハナはここに泊まりました。しげる君がけんとまことを、とてもナイスに連れていってくれました。

16. Nov, Fri
The team went to Kyoto International University Academy which is elementary school to High school. Hannah, Aihua were sent to different class and had 5 classes individually and Ken& Makoto had 4 classes on that day as a team. We shared about Doulos, mission & the world we experienced and how exciting God’s work is around the world. The students eyes were shining when they heard Doulos story. We were sure that some of them were inspired so much; who knows somebody might join Doulos one day.It was great day especially for Hannah as she wants to be a teacher in the future.In the evening, we were invited to Steve Roller house for dinner cooked by Jemmy with 4 beautiful their daughters. We had blliunt time and had a chat about His calling and marriage. They took us to the house tour that God has given them.The girls stayed there and Ken & Makoto stayed at Kyoto chapel.

Day 7

15. Nov, Thurs
We left Osaka early morning and moved to next town Kyoto and Nara.
We arrived to headquarter of ‘International Chapel Ministry’ ICM which is the second place for us to work with. The senior pastor Jim & Barbara Blocksom welcomed us to their ‘Ikoma chapel’. We attended Lady’s meeting in the morning. Ai hua showed them ’Who am I’ which was touching mime. Then application message about Christmas by Hannah to challenge people.
We had lunch together with them. As we were tired, we took a nap. Mrs.Barbara made a dinner for us.
Then we had presentation for Church member meeting in the night and introduced ourselves with our testimonies, ‘Crucifixion drama’ by Hannah & Ken, Makoto gave them application. We stayed at Ikoma chapel. Ken felt so happy to be able to come back here again for the first time in 3 years.

この日僕たちは大阪を出て、奈良のインターナショナル・チャペル・ミニストリーズに到着しました。主任牧師のジム＆バーバラ・ブロックソム牧師夫妻が迎えてくださいました。けんはここに3年ぶりに戻ってくることが出来て感激していました。午前に、婦人集会に参加して、自己紹介したり、アイファがマイムをしたり、ハナがメッセージをしました。
僕たちはとても疲れていたので少しの間昼寝をしました。
夜の集会では、チームは‘十字架のはりつけ’というドラマをして、まことが短いメッセージをしてチャレンジしました。ここはインターナショナルチャペルなので、チームにとっても楽しい時となりそうです。

Day 6

今日は長い一日でした。そして大阪で最後の日でした。

朝、香芝ゴスペルチャーチで婦人会に出席に約１時間プレゼンテーションをしました。アイファが証しをし、Makotoがカンボジアでの話しをしました。彼はカンボジアの教会がたった150ドルで建てられることをカンボジア聖書協会長から知り、与えられた300ドルを献金しました。今そこで教会が建ったこと、礼拝が出来ること、救われる人が起こされることを知り、少ないお金でも大きな貢献が出来ることを話してくれました。その後、KenとMakotoが銅像ドラマをして、ハナがチャレンジをしました。午後、天理市にある山の辺クリスチャンセンターのカフェに参加してきました。アイファは、そこに来たタイ人の女性に福音を伝えました。またその後、２つの子どもたちのグループがカフェに来ました。ショックだったことは、3・4年生の女の子3人、5年生の女の子4人が誰もイエス様のことを知らないことでした。イエス様がクリスマスに生まれたことさえ知りませんでした。だからハナとアイファは、十字架を使って福音を伝えました。 夜、南大阪教会で最後の集会を持ちました。はじめの30分、僕たちはパネルディスカッションを持ちました。チーム4人と教会のユース1人の5人です。はじめの15分は「どうやって教会はユースたちに届いていくことが出来るか」です。教会にドラマ・マイムチームを作ったり、ミュージックやスポーツミニストリーを用いて、ユースの関心のあるところに出て行くこと、また鬱(うつ)の人たちが多いですがそういった彼らのニーズ(必要)を満たしてあげることが大切だと語られました。 また自由パネルでは、「教会に来るユースが教会で孤独を感じることがあるがどうしたらいいか」と質問がありました。そこでは「クリスチャンであることは特別なことであると、特別意識を持つ必要がある。教会ではこの世では起きない全年齢層の友だちが出来ることが素晴らしい」と語られました。その後、チームによるプレゼンが続き、ハナが感謝の言葉と共に、フルートでバッハの『主よ、人の望みの喜びよ』を演奏しました。

その日、夜遅くまでみんなと名残惜しみました。明日は、いよいよ奈良(生駒)・京都に移動します。

Day 5

今日僕たちドゥロスチームは、大阪の北にある箕面福音教会の婦人会を訪ねました。そこで約１時間、宣教についてシェアーをしました。お昼を一緒にいただき、交わりを持ちました。
その後 チームは、園田教会に移り、その交差点のところにある古い喫茶店にいるおばあちゃんオーナーを訪ねました。彼女のところにはゴールデンレトリバーがいましたが、そのおばあさん以外の言うことを決して聞かない少し変わった犬でした。犬を呼んでもし動いたら、100万円をあげると言ったので試しましたが、ビクともしませんでした。
それから僕たちは、この教会のためにビラ配りへ行きました。駅前やポスト投函で約800枚を配布しました。まことがこのチームで一人運転手なので、疲れきっていました。ぜひ まことのことを祈ってください。
We attended Lady's meeting in Minoh Gospel church which is located in North Osaka, 1.5h away from our base. We shared about Mission for 1h there and had fellowship during lunch time.Then the team moved to Sonoda church, visited the old lady who runs small cafe at the corner nearby that church. She has a pet, but this golden retriever doesn't listen to anybody but only this lady. she said, if this doggy moved called by you, I will give 1,000,000yen. We tried to make her move, but didn't work at all. It was so weird.We also helped to distribute church flyer around 800 so we handed them out at the station or posted to the houses.As Makoto is the only one driver among the team so he was so tired and sleepy. please pray for him to be strengthen. 夜は僕たちの宿泊所、南大阪教会に帰ってくると、教会のみんなが僕たちのために手巻き寿司パーティーを用意していてくれました。みんなでおいしいサーモン、まぐろ、えび、いか、ビーフなどを食べました。ハナは、「私、日本の食事が超好き。とても健康で野菜も多くてカラフルでおいしい。」と言っていました。 この教会での滞在もあと一日、温かいみなさんと友だちになれきたので、みんなとの別れ寂しくなります。 明日は、香芝教会で婦人会、山の辺クリスチャンセンターでインターナショナルカフェ、夜は南大阪教会でリバイバル礼拝に参加します。大阪での最後のプレゼンテーションとなります。

When we came back to our accomodation, Minami Osaka Church, the church member prepared 'Sushi party' for us. We rolled Suchi by hand with salmon or tuna, prawn and squid, beef, covered by laver.....it was so yummy!! Hannah said 'I love Japanese food so much. 'cause so healthy, a lot of vege, colorful and yummy!'

We've had just one day left in this church. We will miss these warm people whom we became friends.Tomorrow, we will go 3 churches and will attend Lady's meeting at Kashiba ch, and International Cafe at Yamanobe Christian Center and Revival Service at Minami Osaka ch. It will be the last presentation in Osaka.

Day 4

今日は休みの日だったので、福野先生ご夫妻に大阪海遊館に連れて行ってもらいました。巨大な水槽にたくさんのめずらしい魚がいたので見入っていました。特にカワウソやラッコ、甚平ザメ、エイなどに興奮していました。
そして夜は、香芝ゴスペルチャーチであったカフェに参加してきました。
よい休日でみんなリラックス出来たと思います。
これからも各地で集会をして行きます。その間で、僕たちのサポーターのみなさん、友だちに会えることを楽しみにしています。ぜひ僕たちに会いに来てね

It was kind of day off today so the pastor couple took us to the aquarium in Osaka 'Kaiyukan'. There were so many unusual fishes swimming in the huge acryl fish tank. We were so excited to see them especially river otter & See otter, a whale shark, Manta ray so on...
In the evening, we attended the cafe at Kashiba Gospel church.
We think we had relaxed day on our day off.
We are going to have meetings in many place. We'd love to meet up with our supporter and our friends there. Please come and see us!!

Day 3 Sunday

今日は、南大阪福音教会の礼拝に出席しました。そして僕たちは挨拶をした後、教会員の人たちに、ドゥロス号ディレクターからのThank you movieを見せました。というのは、この教会から一人タカシ君を船に送っていてくださるからです。
礼拝には特別メッセンジャーの金イスラエル氏が来ていました。アブラハムの生涯から、とても霊的な奥深いメッセージをしてくれました。その後、按手をしてくれました。午後は、香芝教会の徳山牧師の就任式に出席しました。
Today we attended Sunday service at Minami Osaka Gospel church. We greeted to them and showed them 'Doulos thank you movie ' spoken by our director Daniel Chae. For this church sent Pastor's son Takashi for the ship so we wanted to say 'Thank you' to church member.
Special guest speaker was invited to preach at the church this morning. Israel Kim gave us such a spiritual message through Abraham life and prayed for annointing for us. Then we attended an inaugural service for Rev. Tokuyama to be the pastor there.

その夜７時～９時４０分まで、南大阪教会でドゥロス号による’宣教ナイト’を持ちました。
３０人近く出席していたと思います。けんの尊敬するサポーターの方も来てくださってとても嬉しかったです。
はじめにドゥロスの紹介をし、ハナがドゥロス号の目的と船で見た神様のわざ、そしてアイファがマレーシアのこと、まことがカンボジアの状況を話し、それぞれ３つのブースに分かれて、これらの国のために祈りました。
その後、ドラマ「どうして教えてくれなかったの？」というドラマをしました。
これは二人の者が事故にあって、次の世界に行き、天国と地獄に分かれる場面を再現したものです。
その後、けんが宣教のメッセージをし、みんなにチャレンジしました。
応答の祈りの時には、聖霊様が働いてくださって、参加したみんながそれぞれ決心することが出来、素晴らしかったと思います。
その後、１１時半くらいまでみんなでお茶会をしました。
In the evening, we had 'Mission Night' at Minami Osaka ch from 7pm-9:40pm. Around 30 people attended and Ken's respecting supporter came to the church. Ken was so happy to see him attending and listening to us.
Fist of all, we introduced Doulos to the audience and Hannah shared about the purpose of the Doulos and experience what she saw God at work. Ai Hua shared about her country Malaysia, Makoto also told about Cambodia. Then we spreded to the three section for prayer. It was so great that we could pray for the countries which we usually don't pray for.
After that, we showed them 'Why didn't you tell me?' This is the drama of two people who got accident and arrived next world. Beside they were separated to diffent places.
Then Ken gave them a mission message to challenge them. Reponce time during prayer, most of people could make up their mind to commit their life for the mission more as Holy Sprit touched people's heart. Great to see that!
Then we had a fellowship nearly mid-night just before 12am.

Day 2

今日僕たちは、香芝ゴスペルチャーチに行き、そこで子ども会を持ちました。
子どもより大人の方が多かったけれど、そこで僕たちは子どもたちに子どものドゥロスツアービデオを見せ、アイファが踊りつきの歌を２曲リードしてみんなで歌いました。
We went to Kashiba Gospel church and had kid's minisry. There were more adults people than small children, but we had great time there. We showed them 'Doulos kid's tour' and Ai Hua taught them two songs with action.

そしてハナが「失われた羊」の話しをしました。
けんが羊飼いになり、失われた一匹の大きな羊を見つけました。羊飼いも他の羊たちも「メー」と大喜びしました。イエス様は失われた羊を見つける時、大きな喜び・宴会が天であると言われました。
Then Hannah spoke Bible story 'Lost sheep' to them. Ken became shepards and found the big lost sheep!! So everyone was so happy and shouted 'baaaaa!!!'
Jesus told us 'There is great joy and a party in heaven when the lost was found.'

ハナは、私はクリスチャンホームで育ったので、神様はまだ私のためにパーティーをしていない。だからある時、私は「神様、私は今日あなたを心から信じます」と言ったのです。だから神様はその日私のためにパーティーをしてくださったと思います。とかわいい話しをしていました。
Hannah said that I grew up in Christian home, probably God wouldn't have had a party for me yet. One day, I decided to say 'God, I believe you fully today!'. So I think He had celebration party on that day.

夕方、南大阪教会に移動し、インターナショナルカフェに参加しました。英語でみんなで交わりを持つのですが、バリバリの大阪弁で話しているテーブルもありました。
In the evening, we moved to the base, we attended International Cafe and had great fellowship in English. But there was a table in which people used in Osaka direct.
その後チームでイタリアンレストランに行き、明日のためのミーティングを持ちました。
Then the team had a dinner @ Itarian restaurant and had meeting for tommorrow.
明日は、南大阪教会で夜、このチームによる宣教大会を開きます。一番のイベントです。ぜひみなさん、来てください！
Tommorrow's night, we will have 'Mission Night' at base 'Minami Osaka Evangelical church'. This is the main event so come and join us!!

Day 1

今日ついにドゥロストラベリングティームに加わることが出来ました。
Today, I finaly could join Doulos Travelling Team ( T T ).
ティームは昨日関空に到着していたのですが、僕は風邪を引いていたため今日、九州から大阪入りしました。
The team already arrived in Kansai air port last night, I have come to Osaka today from Kyushu for the sake of my physical condition.
ドゥロスクルーのタカシ君のお父さんの教会を拠点にします。
Takashi who is Doulos crew, his dad church is the base for our team.
福野先生ご夫妻に回転寿司に連れていってもらいました。
This Pastor's couple took us to the conveyor-belt Sushi bar for dinner.
そして夜の集会に参加しました。
Then we attended the meeting in the church
僕たちは、自己紹介、ドライドックの様子、ハナはブルネイでの経験、アイファはマレーシアの状況とギターを弾きながら '神様は素晴らしい' をマレー語で歌いました。
We introduced ourself and shared about Dridock by Makoto, experience in Bru nei, situation of Malaysia by Ai Hua, she also sang song called 'God is so beautiful' in Malay with guiter.
福野先生のメッセージはとてもよかったです。「今は多元社会だ。一つの真理を否定する。だから伝道も一つの切り口ではだめだ。いろんな方向からする必要がある。弟子たちは復活のキリストを信じようとしなかった。現代もそう。復活のキリスト、神の力を信じない。イエスは生きている。聖霊も生きている。でもあなたは生きているかどうか？」
The pastor's message was awesome and said 'The present time is plural society which deny one truth so that one approch doesn't work for the ministry. There need to approch in many way. The disciple didn't try to believe the Resurrection of Christ. The present day is also same. They don't believe the Resurrection of Christ nor the power of God. Jesus is alive, Holy sprit is also alive. But are you also alive?'
その後、教会員の人たちとお茶を飲みながら交わりを持ちました。
We had good fellowship with cup of tea afterwards.

明日は、３時から子ども集会です。
Tommorrow, we will be in charge of Kid's ministry at 3 pm in Kashiba church.

English exam!!

I will take English exam on this Saturday.
It is called 'TOEFL iBT' which means 'Test of English as a Foreign Language, Internet-Based Testing' that is taken by computer.
Whoever wants to enter the school in USA or Canada so on....
This is the demanding exam for all foreigners who didn’t graduate the high school in these countries.

There are four sections in the exam.
・Reading, 3-5 questions, 60-100min
・Listening, 2-3 questions, 60-90min
・Speaking, 6 questions, 20min
・Writing, 2 questions, 55min

Score range is 7-120 points, and how many score you need to get is depend on which school you want to go.

You need…..
46-61 point for Community college
61-80 point for Undergraduate study, College or University, Bible College
80-100 point for Graduate school and Seminary

You need to register the below web first and book the date for taking the exam.

The price for TOEFL is 170 USD before 7 days, and then you can retry it every 7 days.

I guess that many Douloi who finished the commitment is planning to go school in these countries.

Don’t give up knocking the door until it is opened. And pray hard you may be granted.
