Shepherds experience プチ羊飼いの経験

Yesterday our school had a day trip @ Neot Kedumim which is the Biblical Landscape Reserved place. Located between Jerusalem and Tel Aviv.

This is an awesome place they collect all kind of tree related to Bible and teach us through the nature of Israel. Just staying here one day, you will learn so much and Bible society people also use this place to learn more about Bible.

In the morning, we learnt what Shepherding is like. And the guide gave us the picture of being Shapherds and imagined what the Bible mentioned about sheep and shepherd.

We have learnt how we guide sheeps to the destination,
1, To make them qarm down
2, guide them from the back, behind sheep
Key is to deligate the leadership to female goat that goes always flont!

In the afternoon, we cooked meal in the same way of 1st century by using same stuff.We had group conpetition...you will see the menu what we cooked.

I wanna go back to that place once again and take 2 days training.
Highly recommended!

昨日、学校で遠足に行ってきたよ。
Neot Kedumimといって、エルサレムとテルアビブの中間に位置してるんだよ。
ここでは、聖書に出てくる植物を全部植えていて、自然体験を通して聖書を学ぼうっていう場所なんだ。ここにいるだけで、一気に聖書の理解が深くなるよ。また場所で発掘もしてるし、二日間のコースもあったりして、各国の聖書協会が勉強に来るんだよ。
午前中は、ここでプチ羊飼いの経験をしました。
聖書にはたくさん羊のことが書かれていて、詩篇23篇なんか、特に有名だよね。
モーセもヤコブもダビデも羊飼いだったんだ。
ダビデがどうしてイスラエルの王に選ばれたからというと、もちろん神様の選びだったんだけど、
羊飼いというのは、すべての羊の長所・短所を知ってるんだよ。
そして子どもの羊や老年の羊をいたわることができるんだ。
そして緑の草地に、水のある所に確実に連れていく。
王としてすべての人をいたわり、面倒を見ることができる。
その職業の意味で、ダビデは王にふさわしかったとガイドが言ってたよ。
僕たちは3チーム・10人ずつくらいに分かれて、
20匹くらいいる羊と2匹のヤギを、どうやって一つのサークルから、次のサークルへ連れて行くかゲームをしたよ。どうやったらいいか、聖書にそのことが書かれていて、
１，落ち着かせる
２，背後に着く
３，先頭にメスのヤギを行かせ、リーダーシップをまかせる。このヤギとは音で連絡をするんだよ。
ちょっとの時間でいろんなことを学びました。

また午後の時間は2チームに分かれて、
聖書時代の食材を使って、料理を作りあいました。
最初、このただの野菜・食材から何が作れるかなと疑問にどちらのグループも思ったけど、
完成してみたら、みごとなメニューが出来てたよ。

仮庵の祭り Succot Holiday 1

We celebrated Succot holiday (a week) after New Year Celebration (29.Sep).
Moses and Israeli took for 40 years to get to Promise land from Egypt under slavery life.
Israeli still remember that time they lived in wildness and suffered so they put up this tent called 'Succah' on their garden, space and street for remembrance.
We also put it up at our college. so have a look! You will see my school life as well.

イスラエルでは、お正月(9月29日)の後、仮庵の祭りというのがあって、 モーセの時代、イスラエルがエジプトで奴隷だった時、約束の地に着くのに40年かかったんだ。
その時、荒野で、天幕(テント)生活を余儀したんだ。ポータブルハウスというのかな。
それをイスラエルは、定住した今でも、その時のことを思って、庭やいろんなところに、 この一週間の間、天幕(テント)を建てて、そこで生活したり時間を過ごしたりするんだよ。

My Birthday in Jerusalem

Sorry that I haven't updated blog and sent Email for long time for the sake of bad Internet connection from my temporally apartment.
But I have been blessed here in Jerusalem by that God has given me new friends, new explore and new challenge which is tough though!!

11th of Oct was my Birthday. I was no idea what will happen or I thought I might feel alone in new place ...
But thankfully my classmate organized B'day party on my B'day Eve for me and Anna who was also born in Oct.
We had shabbat ceremony and dinner 'Meat ball Spaghetti cooked by Amber and Cake by Shigeko.
Then we watched the joke movie 'The office' little bit and played with Jenga. I broke the tower twice though.

And very next day which is real my B'day, I attended Japanese congregation with my classmate and the pastor and church members also celebrated my B'day with B'day people!
Japanese meal and cake were served.

And many of my friends and family member sent me B'day message via Email, BBS and facebook.
I was so grateful to God and people those who are friends of me and support me.
Because of my family and friends given from God make my day and life happy.
Thank you so much for celebrating my B'day. It became special B'day in Jerusalem!


長い間、ブログアップ出来なくてごめんね。またメールも返せなくてごめんなさい。
というのは、今いる仮住まいのアパートのインターネットコネクションが悪すぎて、メールさえ送れないんだ。だから今日休みの日に、学校に来て少しでも追いつこうとやっています。

１０月１１日は僕のお誕生日でした。
来たばっかりのエルサレムで寂しいかなって思ってたら、神様が新しい友だちをいっぱい送ってくれて、彼らに囲まれて過ごせれて本当に嬉しかったよ。
１０日の日、もう一人のクラスメートの女の子と僕と一緒に、クラスメートが全員集まってお祝いしてくれたんだ。クラスメートと初めて、安息日のセレモニーをユダヤ式にした後、手作りのミートボールスパゲティーとかデザートとかケーキとか友だちが作ってくれて、その後、簡単にコメディー映画を見て、ジェンガをしたよ。僕は２回くらい倒したかな。
また次の日は、日本人教会にクラスメートも来てくれて、そこの牧師さんと教会の人も、日本食とケーキを持って、僕と１０月生まれの人をお祝いしてくれたよ。
この２日間、周りにいた人たちは全部新しい友達だったよ。神様は不思議なことをなさるね。
またメールや掲示板やフェースブックでたくさんのお友だちが兄弟姉妹たちが、メッセージを送ってくれたよ。僕のこと覚えていてくれて本当にありがとうね。
あなたたちのおかげで、僕の人生はハッピーだと言える。
エルサレムで迎えた特別なお誕生日となったよ！！
心からありがとう。

Camping in Crater, クレーターの底でキャンプ

Last weekend, we went out to the camping in the bottom of Raman Crater in Negev Desert which is the biggest Crater in Israel, 2 hours away by car from Jerusalem, between Eilat.
It was my first experience to sleep outside without putting up Tent but with just sleeping bag.
Highlight was the thousands of stars shining beautifully, shooting stars, Milkyway, so awesome!!
And hiking was nice. It took for over 4 hours under strong sunbeam in the desert though.

先週末、ネゲブ砂漠にあるイスラエルで一番大きいクレーターにキャンプに行きました。
エルサレムから車で２時間、エイラットとの中間にあります。
テントを張らないで、外で寝袋だけで寝るのは初めての経験でした。
はじめクレーターを上から眺め、それからその底でキャンプをしました。
夜は満点の星空の下、流れ星を見ながら寝ました。
そして次の日、砂漠の中の４時間超えのハイキングに行きました。
友だちが素敵な写真を撮ってくれました。

There are many people come and go @ my guest house from different country.

We met a lady 'Nicole' who is wall painter from Netherlands.

She comes here as a volunteers and work for the local needy.

After a day work, she changes the cold wall into something fun to dream!

The Story starts walking and people feel happy by the creative picture.

There is the way to make people smile by using your talent.

She was thanked by them so much and was asked to come back and paint another wall!!

僕の滞在しているゲストハウスにはいろんな人が行き来する。

その中でオランダから来てた二コールという女性に会ったことは印象的だった。

彼女はボランティア(無料)で、ユダヤ人の貧しい人たちのために働きに来てた。

最近まではあのロケット弾が毎日飛んでくるガザ地区のすぐ横でボランティアしてたんだよ。

彼女のミニストリーは、冷たい壁に絵を描くこと。

そういえば、ミケランジェロたちも壁に絵を描いた芸術家たちだった。

本来、絵とは壁に描くものなんだろう。

彼女が書き終えると、まるで部屋が変りだす。

つまらなかった部屋が、急に楽しくなってくる。

ストーリーが歩き出す。

自分に与えられたタレント(才能)を使って、人を幸せにすることができるんだ。

彼女はこの貧しいユダヤ人の施設でめっちゃ感謝されてて、さらに頼まれてたよ。

彼女は僕が頼んだら日本にもボランティアで描きに来てくれるって。
